We want you to love your Sloppy Joe essentials, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags and inserts are included.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
